Company Policies

We strive to provide you with the best service and to complete any request you may have for embroidery and silk screening orders. When your order is placed, we work for a fast turnaround to get the items out quickly. Customer service and quick delivery is important to us, since our customers are the top priority. Shipping

Local (Denver-Metro Area) Delivery is available in some cases. Depending on the weight of the package, we will use USPS or UPS Ground. Special shipping requirements are to be specified at the time the order is placed. As carriers, routes and weather conditions are beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for timely delivery in your area.

Returns

Authorized returns only. Our Return Authorization Number must be marked on outside of box. Returns on purchases, within 15 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $5.00 restocking fee). Embellished merchandise, other than mill defects, is non-returnable. Discontinued merchandise (noted by * on our invoice) is not returnable. Unauthorized returns may be refused by MuellerTime or may require additional processing time and fees.
